Tour our campus

The best way to get to know Pinecrest Academy is to come and tour our beautiful 68-acre campus. Tours are offered both during the school year and over the summer. If you cannot find a day and time that is convenient for you, please call our office and we will happily work with you.  On your tour, you can expect to visit our school buildings and key destinations on our private school campus. You will also meet members of our administration, staff and teachers.  Bring your questions with you!  Our Admissions team is here to provide information you need when making such an important decision for your children and family.

Shadow a student

Pinecrest Academy offers a Shadowing Program for students in 6th through 11th grade. A Shadow Day allows your student to visit the Middle or High School and accompany one of our students for a portion of the day.  This opportunity provides a first-hand glimpse of a day in the life of a Paladin.

Come to Open House

Our January Open House provides a 2-hour window into Pinecrest Academy. When you come, you will be directed to the school you are interested in (Lower, Middle or High School) and can expect to personally talk with administrators and teachers, while learning about our educational philosophy. Classroom visits are part of the experience, along with an introduction into our curriculum. Have children in various grade levels? Be sure to visit all of our school buildings. Our hope is that you can picture your family at Pinecrest Academy at the close of your visit.

Join our Pala-teenies

Registration is open for the Spring 2024 session of Pala-Teenies! As in the past, participants will meet for seven weeks on Wednesday mornings.

Pala-Teenies is a once-a-week, seven-week program designed to be a fun, social interaction between parents and their children, ages 12 months to four years, and other participating families! The program is open to our Pinecrest families, as well as other families in the community interested in our school.

Participants will together explore a variety of hands-on activities that enhance socialization and stimulate the senses, while accommodating various learning styles. Activities include gym time, story and craft time, and a chapel visit. Cost for the seven-week session: $70.00.

Admission to Pinecrest Academy is determined by our Admissions Committee and decisions are based upon the school’s ability to meet the applicant’s needs, taking into account all components of the admissions application. Students are admitted to Pinecrest Academy based on the quality of their academic performance, interviews, teacher evaluations, and extracurricular interests and talents.

Pinecrest Academy, as well as all other AAAIS schools, will mail the first round notification letters on March 29. Parents of accepted applicants must either return the contract of acceptance or advise the Admissions Office of non-acceptance by April 11.

Until an accepted student has returned a signed enrollment contract, Pinecrest cannot initiate contact with the family or allow campus visits until after April 11. This is the policy of all AAAIS schools.
