    Works with the managers and employees to ensure continuity and delivery of functionial services of the HR department throughout Pinecrest. Responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective Human Resource Management System while concurrently facilitating efficient operations of current and future business needs within the HR organization.
