Volleyball Finishes Area Play with Two Wins
The Lady Paladins traveled to Kings Ridge on Tuesday to take on Area foes Atlanta International and Kings Ridge. Pinecrest was victorious in both and clinched the third seed in the Area tournament which begins on Tuesday.
Pinecrest was led by Junior captain Adeleine Seiferth who registered 18 kills, 19 digs and 2 serving aces. The Lady Paladins also had contributions from Senior Tessa Stubbs, 9 kills, Sophomore Caroline Clark, 7 kils and 2 solo blocks, Junior Josie Sorohan, 28 digs, and Sophomore Vanessa Fowler, 31 assists.
The Pinecrest Volleyball team finishes out their regular season schedule on Thursday at Grayson High School.
The Area Tournament begins next Tuesday at Fellowship Christian. Match times TBD.
