About the Principal's Role

The next PreK-8th Grade Principal will serve as the division’s instructional and spiritual leader, advancing Catholic identity, nurturing a culture of joyful formation, and championing academic excellence. In close collaboration with school leadership, faculty, staff, and families, the Principal will guide the spiritual, intellectual, and moral development of Pinecrest’s youngest students while stewarding resources and supporting the school’s continued growth.

The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic and mission-driven leader who joyfully models the faith and supports Pinecrest’s commitment to Integral Formation. With demonstrated experience in education leadership, curriculum, instruction, and assessment, the next Principal will inspire academic excellence while nurturing the developmental needs of young learners. This individual will be a strong communicator and collaborative leader who builds trust with faculty, parents, and students.
