Dennis Reding Cup Debuts at Golf Scramble
Monday, November 13, turned out to be a beautiful day for our annual Golf Scramble which took place on the beautiful St. Ives Golf Course.
All who came out and played had a great time! We thank you for your participation and support!
Inaugurated at the tournament was the Dennis Reding Cup. This new award is named in honor of Dennis Reding, Pinecrest Academy grandfather and former Trustee. Each year, the cup will be given to the winning foursome at the golf tournament. Known for his strategic mind, calm demeanor, unassuming nature, sharp, incisive wit, and love of the Pinecrest Golf Tournament, Dennis and his exceptional service and leadership on the Board and his lasting legacy at the school are commemorated with this cup.
Congratulations to Ryan Meloney, Steve Meloney, Stephen Foernsler, and Sam DeFeece, this year's winning foursome and recipient of the very first Dennis Reding Cup!
