Charlie Dougal Moves to World Oratorial Competition
Congratulations yet again to Pinecrest sixth grader, Charlie Dougal, who is going on to the Optimist Oratorical World Competition in late June in St. Louis, Missouri!
The weekend of April 30, 2016, he won the District Level of the Contest, which included all of Georgia and parts of Tennessee.
Charlie received $2,500 to add to the $500 he won at the Forsyth County Level. He has the potential of winning up to $22,500 at the World Level!
