Bourbon & Bubbles Gala - Seeking Items for Auction Baskets!
Dear Pinecrest Parents,
Happy Advent and Merry Christmas! It’s a busy time of year, and the 2019 Gala committee is busy preparing for this wonderful event, themed Bourbon & Bubbles. You will receive your Gala invitation after the new year, but please mark your calendar for March 2, 2019. If you are new to Pinecrest Academy and not familiar with this event, you will be hearing all about it in the new year! It is one of our favorite Pinecrest traditions and our largest fundraising event.
To ensure its success, every year we ask for non-monetary donations from families and local businesses. If you have supported the Pinecrest Gala in the past, we extend our sincerest appreciation, and we hope that you will continue that support by donating to our 2019 event.
Items we are looking for include: a week rental at your vacation house, business services or products, and/or gift cards that could be included in an auction basket.
All donations are tax deductible, making now the perfect time of year for such a gift. All proceeds help support our teachers, students, and programs that make our school so special. Please also consider asking other family members or friends to donate items that will help Bourbon & Bubbles be a very successful event!
