Volleyball Outlasts Mount Pisgah in Five Set Thriller!
Senior Tessa Stubbs steps up big to help the Lady Paladins defeat the Patriots on Senior Night.
The Lady Paladins defeated the Patriots from Mount Pisagh after our beloved seniors, Tessa Stubbs and Steffi Harrisson, were honored 25-16, 18-25, 22-25, 25-18, 15-13.
The team was led by Stubbs, with 3 kills, 6 solo blocks and an ace, Junior Adeleine Seiferth, 15 kills and 2 aces, and Sophomore Vanessa Fowler who served up 25 assists. Sophomore Caroline Clark also chipped in with 9 kills and 4 solo blocks.
The teams fought throughout and Pinecrest was aided by its biggest, and most rowdy, crowd of the season!
The Lady Paladins return home on September 22 to take on St. Francis and Mount Pisgah in Area competition. The first match begins at 5pm and Coach Seiferth and the girls hope for another home court advantage!
