Junior/Senior Prom: The Great Gatsby

Here are all of the details our families need to know about this year’s Prom:

 

Theme
“The Great Gatsby” Junior/Senior Prom will take place at the Polo Country Club, located at 6300 Polo Club Drive on April 26, 2025 from 6:00-10:00pm. This glitzy and glamorous inspired theme is sure to make for a special event.

 

Tickets are on sale at the high school front desk for $75.00 per person. The price includes dinner, dancing, photographs of the event, and party favors. The last day to purchase tickets is Friday, April 11.

 

We are excited to continue hosting the “before Prom photos” at the venue again this year. From 5:30-6:00PM, we invite all attendees and their family members to the venue to take class photos. There are beautiful areas outside for small and large group photos, as well as plenty of parking for all those attending.

5:55PM - All Attendees Photo

6:00PM - Individual and Date Photos (upon entering the venue)

 

Bryan White Photography will be present to take these photos, as well as photos during dinner and dancing. Pinecrest will provide all of these photos to the families. You will receive an email with the link to access these photos digitally following the event.

 

As students arrive by 5:30pm, pictures will be taken from 5:30-6:00pm by Bryan White Photography, as well as throughout the evening.  Dinner begins around 6:15pm and will include a salad course, entree course, and dessert. Students with food allergies and sensitivities will be taken into account. Dancing normally begins around 7:00pm and goes until the last song is played at 10:00pm.

If you have questions about whether your outfit is appropriate, please speak with Mrs. Bohn ahead of time. Students who fail to adhere to the dress code will be held accountable at the discretion of administration.

If you are planning to bring an out of school guest, forms can be found at the front desk, or click 2025 Dance Guest Permission Form.docx (1).pdf to print a form. Please note: forms require the signature of the guest’s school administrator.  All off-campus guests must be approved by Mrs. Bohn no later than Wednesday, April 16.

 

The Prom Committee is excited to plan decorations, choose music, finalize the menu, prepare party favors, and more! We want our students to have a memorable Prom!
