Haley Jones Commits to Occidental College for Lacrosse

Pinecrest Academy junior, Haley Jones, has committed to the admissions process at Occidental College in Los Angeles, California, where she will play lacrosse.  She becomes the third Lady Paladin to accept an offer to play collegiately.

 

Haley is beginning her third year as a Varsity starter in goal for Pinecrest. In 2016, she earned 2nd Team All County recognition, and also represented Team Georgia at the National Tournament in Pennsylvania. Haley played club lacrosse at XTEAM, based In New York. She credits Pinecrest Coach Jillian DiFazio and Club Coach Crista Samaras for developing her game and helping her realize the goal of playing at the next level.

 

Occidental plays in the competitive Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) where coach Stephanie Mark (Johns Hopkins, 2007) leads the Tigers.
