Paladin Pacer 5K and Fun Run -- Fun Competitions Happening Now!
Grab your family and friends and join us for the 3rd Annual Paladin Pacer 5K and Fun Run on Saturday, February 26, 2022!
The Paladin Pacer is a 2022 Peachtree Road Race qualifier, and we offer the option to run on-site or as a "Ghost Runner." All funds raised will benefit Pinecrest Academy's Annual Fund, which supports our current and future students and their families.
Not only is this a great Pinecrest event, it's a beautiful community-builder, too! Get to know your Forsyth County neighbors while supporting your school.
We've got fun competitions happening this week - in conjunction with Catholic Schools Week! Because CSW is a celebration of Catholic schools, and our collective commitment as Catholic schools is to love and serve others, we're asking our runners/walkers to consider donating used books when they register, which will be donated to the poor in rural villages in Ghana, Africa through the Ghana Friendship Project. Collections for our "Booking It" campaign take place January 31-February 4, and bins are located in each school lobby.
To add to the fun, we encourage you to form teams to ramp up the competition. You can run or walk -- whatever suits you! We foresee some creative team costumes on race day, too!

5K - 8:00am
Fun Run - 9:00am
COST:
5K - $25.00 until 11:59pm, February 10; then $30.00 beginning February 11
5K Race Day Cost - $35.00
Fun Run - $15.00
Fun Run Race Day Cost - $20.00
Teams - $20.00 per person until February 22; then $30.00 -- Team captain should register team members with a minimum of 5 runners on a team.
Ghost Runner - $30.00

You may pick up your bib on race day, starting at 7:00am, in the Pinecrest Academy Lower School Gym.
AWARDS:
Overall Male/Female and Top 3 Male/Female in each age group: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and Up.
COURSE:
The course starts at Pinecrest Academy, goes left out of campus, and down Peachtree Parkway (Hwy. 141) to Sharon Road and back, with a downhill finish.
T-SHIRTS:
All participants registered by Tuesday, February 22 will receive a race t-shirt. Please note: The availability of t-shirts is not guaranteed for registrations after Tuesday, February 22.
