Weight Training & Conditioning - Middle and High School Boys

Coach Mathis, Pinecrest Academy’s Head Football Coach, is offering spring and summer weight training and conditioning to all boys who are rising Middle and High School students. Workouts begin April 8 – and it’s not too late to sign up! Visit the Pinecrest web site (sports registration) and register here.
 
The boys will meet each Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:45-5pm this spring. Over the summer, the boys will meet Monday - Thursday, 7:30-10:30am.
 
Please note that this opportunity is for all boys, not just football players. All athletes can benefit from weight training and conditioning.

Your son is not required to be at every session. Some boys are already registered in other sports and have practices they are scheduled to attend, and families likely have summer vacations planned, so sessions are not mandatory.
