Varsity and Middle School Swim Teams Kick Off Season with Great Finishes

Congratulations to our Varsity and Middle School Swim teams for an impressive first meet in Clarkesville at the Ruby Fulbright Aquatic Center on November 3. Here are the results:

 
1st Place Overall Finish for Middle School Team - out of 13 teams!

 

The Middle School Swim Team dedicated this meet for Fr. Daniel Brandenburg, a nearby Legionnaire priest who is struggling with the effects of cancer.

 

The Varsity Swim Team dedicated this meet for Mr. Joseph Bohn, the grandfather of Varsity swimmer Nicholas Bohn, who passed away last week.  May his soul and the souls of the faithfully departed, rest in peace.

 

Congratulations to Anthony Birozes who became a State qualifier!

1st: Lexi Carter = 51 points

2nd: Kathleen Cravens = 30 points

3rd: Bella Shapiro = 22.5 points

                 

Middle School Boys:

1st: Nick Clawson = 71 points

2nd: Warren Tran = 61 points

3rd: Connor McCarthy = 55 points

 

Varsity Girls:

1st:  Mercedes Persichetti = 45.5 points

2nd: Sarah Meersman = 39 points

3rd: Charlotte Adams = 33.5 points

                 

Varsity Boys:

1st: Anthony Birozes = 54.5 points

2nd: Mason Carter = 50.5 points

3rd:  Brendan Spillane = 46.5 points
