The Pinecrest Athletic Club (PAC) encourages all families to become a PAC member for the 2018-2019 school year. Membership opportunities are outlined below and are open for purchase via the same platform that you register your student-athlete for sports: http://pinecrestacademy.sportssignup.com/site/
Gold Level – $1,000
- Family admission to ALL 185 HOME athletic games (immediate family including grandparents)*
- 1 Gold Parking Spot for Varsity Home Football Games
- 2 Personalized Reserved Stadium Seatbacks for 2018-2019 School Year
- 2 Tickets to any Varsity Banquet of your choice
- PAC Spirit Wear Gift
- 2 Tickets to the PAC Kick-off Party
- 2 Tickets to the Hall of Fame Banquet
- “Box Seating” on stage during Varsity Basketball Game (Friday, January 11, 2019 game against Whitefield Academy)

- Ability to purchase the following Add-On’s: Tailgate Zone Tent $500 (Priority Offered); Additional Green Parking Spot for Varsity Home; Football Games $100; Additional Personalized Reserved Stadium Seatbacks $25 each
- Ability to vote for the annual PAC Board of Directors held in May (1 vote per family)

Junior Paladin Level – $100
Limited to Lower School families with no middle or high school siblings

* Admission to Pinecrest games excludes all GHSA Area, Region and State Playoff Competitions, even when held at Pinecrest
Tailgate Zone Tents – $500
Tent City will be hopping this fall at our Varsity Football games and we want YOU to be a part of the action! Each Tailgate Zone Tent is a reserved tailgate spot that includes one 12’x12’ tent with one 6’ table. We supply the tent, you supply the food and fun!
Tailgate Zone Tents are limited to 12 tents along the front row. Tents sales are open to Gold Level members on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority going to Gold members who purchased a tent for the 2017 season. Any tents remaining after Gold member sales are complete will be offered to the Green Level members on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any questions about tent sales, please contact Lori Huffstelter or Tonya Barbee and they can assist you.
Access to the Gold and Green Parking Lots will be restricted to Gold and Green Parking Permit holders. No tailgating drop-offs will be allowed after 5pm on game day. All non-permitted cars must be removed from Gold and Green parking areas by 5pm. The Gold lot is the parking lot for the Varsity Football field. The Green parking area is a designated areas in Campo Grande and the road leading to Campo Grande. Parking will have lights for safety.
All tailgaters and their guests must purchase admission to the game.
