Two Varsity Boys Lacrosse Players Profiled as Top Goal Scorers

Two Pinecrest Varsity Boys Lacrosse players have been profiled on MAXPreps as top 5 goal scorers in the State after Week 1, including the #1 ranking.

David Stubbs is currently the leading scorer in the State with 7 goals, and Ryan Difazio is tied for #2 with six goals.  In the Paladins’ 14-1 win on February 16, David had a huge game with 5 goals, and Coach Davidson was pleased to see the Paladins had 7 different players score, along with a strong defensive effort.  Ryan Difazio is off to a consistent start, with 3 goals in each of the Paladins’ first two games.

According to Coach Davidson, “As a developing team, we have a long way to go (and stat rankings will surely fluctuate throughout the course of the season), but I was excited to see our Pinecrest logo profiled on MAXPreps' stat page as a result of David's, Ryan's, and the team's week 1 success on the field. “
