Middle School Girls Basketball Falls to Kings Ridge in Metro 10 Championship

The Pinecrest Academy Middle School Girls Basketball team advanced through the Metro 10 semi-finals avenging a late regular season loss to St. Francis. This created a match-up up with cross town rival Kings Ridge for the Championship.

Using a mixture of man-to-man and zone defenses, the Paladins kept it close in the first half of the Championship game. The third and fourth quarters saw the Tigers use their high octane offense to wear down our Lady Paladins.

Congratulations to the Tigers on a well-deserved win and to the Paladins on a great farewell season for Coach Lacey.
