Pinecrest Achieves Impressive Percentage of Acceptance at UGA
This year, Pinecrest Academy welcomed 53 colleges to campus during the first four months of school, including a visit from the University of Georgia.
Pinecrest is one of the few high schools in the area that UGA visits directly, so it was a great honor to welcome UGA representatives to campus.
This year, the “early action” overall percentage of acceptances to UGA was at 53 percent, but the Pinecrest early action acceptance rate to UGA was 58 percent! Last fall’s percentage of overall early action acceptances to UGA was 54 percent, with Pinecrest's early action acceptance for 2017 at 50 percent. Pinecrest is up eight percent from last year. Way to go, Class of 2018!
