Recreational Soccer Registration -- Closes January 12

Registration for Recreational Soccer will close on Friday, January 12. After January 12, a late fee of $25 will be added to the total and athletes will not be guaranteed a spot on a team. Pinecrest’s team rosters are due to the league soon after registration closes, so it is very difficult to add players on at that point.

There are two places parents will need to register -- once on Pinecrest’s registration site, where parents will submit payment, and then once on the United Futbol Academy (UFA) site, where parents will submit player information so that UFA has it in their system.

Please keep in mind that parents will ONLY submit payment through Pinecrest’s registration - NOT UFA's system. There are detailed instructions via the link below that explain how to register into UFA's system and how to avoid the payment at the end of their registration.

The commitment to this recreational league is one practice a week for one hour and one game on Saturdays. Some of the older age groups like to practice twice a week; this usually begins at the U10 or U12 level. Practice schedules will likely be available in early February.

Each player is placed on a team according to their age, NOT by grade level. Please use the information below as a reference to see what level each player would be assigned to, based on age.

U6 League - Born in 2012, 2013
U8 League - Born in 2010, 2011
U10 League - Born in 2008, 2009
U12 League - Born in 2006, 2007

The first practices will begin the week of Tuesday, February 20 (Monday is President's Day). Each team will have a one-hour slot on one particular day each week throughout the season (i.e. every Tuesday at 3:30-4:30).

The first games will be on Saturday, March 3. Parents interested in coaching a team are invited to contact Ryan Weingart, Associate Athletic Director.

IMPORTANT: Please remember that you need to register on two separate sites, once through Pinecrest and once through UFA, as stated above. It is very important that information is submitted on both sites.

Questions regarding the league or registration may be sent to Ryan Weingart.
