Luisa Zalzman, High School Assistant Principal
Mrs. Zalzman is a native of Venezuela. She has lived in the United States for 27 years and has taught Spanish and Journalism for 18 years.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, with a minor in Advertising and Public Relations, from Andres Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela. Mrs. Zalzman has 18 years of experience as an educator and is in her fifteenth year at Pinecrest Academy. She was an active journalist back in her native country, working in different fields in the world of communication including, but not limited to, newspaper reporting, creating and executing TV commercials and TV shows, amongst other roles. Mrs. Zalzman has been happily married for 27 years and has two grown children, one of them a Pinecrest graduate of the Class of 2014. She is a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. Mrs. Zalzman is an avid runner, and she loves to dance. She also enjoys reading in her spare time.
