This name for annual giving underscores the importance of continued, unrestricted gifts to the school and recognizes those members of our community who support annual giving.

Walk onto our campus on any school day and you will find yourself in the middle of a happy, healthy environment with the children full of curiosity, and desire to explore the world around them. Pinecrest Academy is a place that fosters a life-long love of learning and a deep and lasting commitment to Christian life.

As with all private schools, the cost of educating each student at Pinecrest is much greater than tuition revenue covers. Therefore, the Pinecrest Fund Campaign (once called the Annual Fund) is one essential way to help fill the gap between tuition receipts and operating funds. Each year, the Pinecrest Fund helps to control tuition increases, while providing funding for many of the school's most pressing needs. Those needs include technology, academic and extracurricular enhancements, athletics, faculty and staff salaries and benefits, student financial aid, and the beautification of our campus. Every dollar raised is used to enrich the lives of our students in their pursuit of academic, character, spiritual, athletic, and apostolic development.

The goal of the 2011-2012 Pinecrest Fund is to raise $530,000 and to achieve 100% participation from our families by the close of the campaign on May 31, 2012.

Pinecrest is a very special place. Anyone who steps foot on our campus is forever moved by the mission of the school.
