After School Program

Aftercare provides a safe and supportive environment for Pinecrest students who need to be picked up after the regular school dismissal time.  This service is provided on campus in Building F for students at the end of the school day from 2:45 - 6:30 PM Monday through Friday (1:45 - 6:30 PM on Wednesdays).   To be eligible, parents simply complete the Aftercare registration form and indicate the program of interest.

• Healthy snack
• Rest time for our pre-k students
• Loving supervision

Rates for 2009-2010 School Year

Full-Time Rate:  $260.00/month
3 days a week: $185.00/month
2 days a week: $135.00/month   
Daily Rate: $20.00/day per 3-hour shift

Rate for Late Pick-up after Carpool Ends:

• Up to 15 minutes:  $5.00 per family
• 30 minutes: $10.00 per family
• 30 minutes to one hour:  $15.00 per family
• After one hour:  daily rate applies

Rate for Late Pick-up after 6:30 PM:

Up to 10 minutes: $10.00
Each additional 5 minutes: $10.00

Prepaid Cards:  Parents who need occasional after school care for their student with no set schedule can purchase a pre-paid card at a special rate:

6 days:  $100.00 
14 days:  $240.00

Conquest Day Rate: Parents with boys who will be attending Conquest meetings have the option of having their son remain at school in the Aftercare program.  This will allow time for homework, a snack, and pizza and drink for dinner.

$20.00 per child/$35.00 for 2 children/$45.00 max per family

Discount: 10% discount to siblings for all Aftercare programs
