A Day in the Life of a Pinecrest Second Grader
Our second graders are very busy this year, learning, leading, and having a lot of fun!
Their teachers allow them to grow in leadership skills in a variety of ways. They serve as Reading Buddies with our Kindergarten students each Friday. And various students are selected to serve as “meeting directors,” helping to lead their peers in Calendar and Math concepts each day. These young Christian leaders also love being creative in music and art classes, and enjoy their time visiting Jesus in the Chapel each Thursday.
