Lower School - 4th and 5th grade students who wish to participate in the band will receive musical instruction on Wednesdays, during the school day. Instruction will be scheduled to minimize the impact on academic subjects. Full band rehearsal will take place after school, once the necessary level of musicianship is established. This rehearsal will be after school one time/week, on Wednesdays.

Middle School - Students will choose between Band, Choir, or Drama as a Performing Arts elective. These courses will meet 3 days/week during the school day and will be gender separate. Students in band will participate in weekly coed rehearsal by instrument type during the school day. Instruction will be scheduled to minimize the impact on academic subjects.

High School - Students will meet 3 days/week for full coed band rehearsal during the newly created activity period. Students in the band will also participate in a weekly coed rehearsal by instrument type, during the school day. The High School Band will be for course credit.
