A student must achieve 28 units with grades of “C” or better to graduate from Pinecrest Academy. The typical plan calls for seven units to be earned per academic year. The plan outlined below is only a sample.  You, your child, and the College Counselor will devise a specific plan for your child.

All AP classes are elective classes; however, some may be substituted for a required class, such as AP U. S. History for regular U. S. History.

Pinecrest Academy Standardized Testing Program

All Pinecrest Academy 9th, 10th and 11th grade students are administered the ACT Plan and the PSAT national standardized tests. Theses tests are given as a part of the Pinecrest testing program and are included in the costs of tuition and fees. Juniors who are ready to take the SAT or ACT must sign up on – line or through the Counseling office at their own expense.
